This boutique hotel is a modern beautifully kept property very handy to the river walk and the head of Rue St. Catherine, the major shopping street. The Staff were incredibly helpful. Rooms were small but very comfortable and the bathroom design is awesome. Internet via TV worked flawlessly. I loved the large size of the room and the separate seating area. The rooms were nicely appointed as well. Further, I liked the library room in the lobby area. It was like a quiet lounge area where you could relax with a drink.

Very comfortable and I loved the bathroom products they supplied. Great stay!. Location is close to all shopping area. Hotel is very new with luxury decoration. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast got a good choice of food, also a bunch on Sunday. I love the spa service, too. Super smart, recently refurbished, very conveniently located hotel. Very stylish too. When I arrived, my expectations were exceeded which is an unusual experience for me!. Location was great - easy walk to shops, bars, restaruants and places to visit. Very well renovated. Double room had balcony on two sides overlooking Alles de Tourny. The young staff of this hotel under new management is very good and was very helfpul. Rooms are very well-appointed and breakfast very ample and of good quality. Comfortable quiet front 4th floor room with small balcony overlooking a beautiful square. Brilliant location in easy walking distance of all the main sights. Restaurant/Bar and staff very good and most friendly. We were given a room on the upper level with a terrace which was appreciated even if it was very hot. perfect location,very friendly and high efficient staff,colorful and delicious breakfast.Local friend tells me that the hotel's restaurant deserves a try. The front desk clerk said it was prepaid (for both) but in fact I only prepaid for one night and parking was not free. I think that's due to his English/my French. Can't fault anything!. nothing. A heated bathroom mirror would have been nice but that's being super fussy... No complaints otherwise. Twin room had no view to the outside, and double quite small. Rooms are quite small, and there is a lack of parking. While this is compensated for to some degree by having a public parking garage conveniently located right across the street, it is quite expensive (Euros 57 for 3 days). We did not much like the standard current "hotel design" ( huge headboards etc.) Very narrow bath. It was a bit expensive during Vinexpo. Breakfast was very poor and not worth it for the price. no view at all in our superior room. Room very small. Could be a problem with lots of luggage. We had to have one of our suitcases in the bathroom. Nothing!. There wasn't any thing that we did not like . However we did not know how to turn off the television during the night and ended up pulling the card out . nothing. The parking, while close, was limited. loved it all. Even though we had a double bed, room size was a bit small. price per night is a lot and cost of parking. Room was small, wine in restaurant quite expensive. That i didn't stay longer. The rooms could be a little bigger (not enough room for two pieces of luggage). Hotel offered trip to wine country for 85 euros. Two blocks away the tourist bureau offers the same trip for 33 euros,. Breakfast was a bit of a disaster, too many people not enough staff or food. Broken handle for the toilet / wc > quite strange and I did not lock it as I was afraid to be locked inside. I forgot to mention it to the staff. &Gt;> Please check it !. Couldn't fault it. Couldn't get internet/computer/tv screen to work in the evening. Took a couple of attempts of help before staff arrived to sort it out. However once they did arrive they were excellent and friendly. IT work in progress. IT system will be quality when updated. But at time of stay was not updated. Nothing. Small Rooms. Classic rooms were so small that you could hardly move and have room for your luggage. The double bed was also too small for two average size adults. Breakfast was too expensive. Superior rooms are a little small so we upgraded to a deluxe room. The showers! .. They leak all over the room and turned them into swimming pools!. too expensive. the quality of the tea and coffee at breakfast was substandard to everything else. nothing.
