We had a private balcony which opened up to the street below. It was very close and easy walking distance to town and the ferry. Had the best cup of coffee!!. Very well located in the centre of town and clean, with its own parking about 50 metres away (but, if you own more than one car, take the small one). friendly welcome, attractive room and its amenities, balcony, fair breakfast.
