It was really comfortable this hotel-appart. I can say that it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. A lot of space. Moreover kitchen facilities. It is a brand new hotel. All small details has been though for the comfort of the custumers.It is a enverimental friendly hotel except the shampoos. Everything was posiive. Loved the way the hotel tryes to save the environment by charging separately the room cleaning service and new towels.

The ease of travel within the Avignon region. everything, a perfect hotel in Avignon. It was very nice and relaxing. Xmas lights. Spacious room, Free Internet, Free parking, fully furnished kitchen, peace, closeness to supermarket.The kitchen in the Studio was well equipped. Good location near to the city center. Room is compact size furnished with fairly reasonable facilities (Refrigirator, Microwave, Electric Stove, Kitchen Wear and Utensils). Free Parking and Wi-Fi is working well. Hotel staff is friendly and supportive. Overall is quite comfortable place to stay for 3 nights.It's a great apartment! everything is brand new (hotel opened in september) and very confortable and beautiful. Parking included! If you have a car, you get to the city certer in 4 min. and the international train station is on walking distance 2-5 min from the hotel. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. Clean and modern rooms. Parking available on site and at no charge.Very good price for the amenities. Own fridge, microwave,stove and utensils were available. I would suggest you highlight location of this hotel. You know, we don't know this city, we don't know there are two railway stations in Avignon. When I got off TGV, I took shuttle bus to city centre, actually, hotel is just next to TGV, I had to travel back to TGV Station.All OK. no internet access yet. The shower could have a sliding door instead of a curtain. Water is spilling everywhere. Since it is branded new appartment hotel, heating system in the room is not working when arrival on the 1st day. Experienced occassionally the shortage of hot water after continous use (20 mins later), probably due to the smaller size of boiler built in (but room is for max. 4 persons). Wi-fi was only available in the common areas of hotel not in the individual rooms. No hairdryer. Our room's wardrobe cannot be used because a tank is placed inside. Nobody changed our towels and tidied up our bed on the following day and our toiletries were not replaced despite we requested for it.it seemed to me there was only one room cleaning service at 10 am. We once stay in bed just to enjoy the time, hoooo, the staff opened the door without noticing what we shouted out. The next day, she even didn't clean our room at all. Had to ask for toilet rolls, carpark very near but access only over grass and rock flower bed. Nowhere as yet to walk for an evening meal. Little kitchen well equipped but there was a gap between sink and wall which just needed filling in with a piece of wood. We continually thought there was a shelf there andkept dropping things. had a lot of trouble finding the hotel. arrived in Avignon by train after midnight. couldn´t find it or streets on city map. phone number from internet dooking site went back to taped message from internet booking service. number in yellow pages also went babk to the internet service. couldn´t find anybody who new the hotel. we took over an hour to find the hotel. Laundry indication in the room. Not many of TV channel.Location, its a good bit out of town. Because it opened on September 1 ( my visit was 8 - 15 Sept ) choice offacilities at this stage not good. E.g, No bar, lounge area, internet.Breakfast very basic ( no ham cheese stc. With croissants rolls ) No barwas a particular problem after being out all day it would have been niceto relax in a lounge area. As it was I had to walk to the Holiday InnExpress next door to get a drink.Early front desk closing time without proper signage to direct guests on how to check in. Discrepancy between booking.com listed closing time of front desk and actual closing time of front desk. This caused a big problem. No indication of personal hot water heater and therefore no indication of limited hot water. An easy chair in the room would have been good. Noisy refridgerator if on. It had only just opened when we stayed (5-8 Oct 08) and the wireless didn't work, the staff were kind of temporary and didn't speak English and the breakfast was poor. The location is far from town, though the shuttle bus is very regular and only 50metres away.New facility not yet operating fully could explain poor quality of petit dejeuner on offer. meal definately not value for money. Being new, not all services were up and running - but I was aware that would be the case, and this was reflected in the offer price.no enough information of direction of hotel and the address on confirmation letter is not clear at all. I had a tough time in the city, could not locate where the hotel is. It took me 3 hours to get there eventually. It is too dificult to find. There is no sign.the bathroom smelled, too far away from city, Internet did notwork, breakfest very poor, private parking was opened without security.
