    An excellent room with a lot of space and superior fittings. The underground parking was a real bonus because of the rain. - Wow what a hotel! Everything is so modern we just loved everything about it. Everything was so clean (even the painted garage floor).

    The food and its location - The Hotel was in fact close to the Sanctuary as it states. It was also nice to have a restaurant at the hotel. The food was good but a little over-priced.

    The above ?s do not fit into my situation..I travelled with a member of my extended family.. I have stayed at the hotel before..I found it good, with excellent food and service. It is unfortuate that the hotel situation was affected by the traffic/lorries that were needed for the essential clearance of the dreadful devastation that the valley had... what people say » suffered in mid june. I learned during my stay that the summer was looking bleak for so many of the hotels and traders who, in the Pyrenees, depend o - We used this as a stopover on a motorcycle tour of the Pyrenees. When we checked in, the lady could not have been more helpful in offering to carry helmets, bags, jackets etc to the room and showing us the facilities There was a gentleman there who spoke superb english (who was also a motorcyclist) who was able to give us local knowledge on the times of the road closures for the mountain passes due to maintenance. Although this resulted in us leaving the hotel very early the next morning before
