  I liked the hotel and I like Best Western chain in general. Reception is open 24/7 (which is not a must in Finland at all), breakfast is good, the room was big enough and comfy enough, wi-fi was functioning. Closer to 4 stars I'd say. They wrote that parking has to be paid extra in the description, but it's free on weekends. Payment required Mo-Fr... what people say » until 6 pm only. We parked for free right next to the entrance for free over the weekend. - I have been staying at this hotel for several years and enjoyed it. The hotel offers spa, healthy food both for breakfast and at the restaurant, splendid interior design. The staff is responsible and polite. It takes you 20 minutes by bus to the centre.   The staff were excellent, as were the buffets and dinners, the lounge is very comfortable and cozy and the grounds are wonderful. Beautiful setting and the nearby castles were a joy to eperience. - The view. And the breakfast was ok.

  We stayed on the "Sunborn Princess" Yacht, in a room with a balcony and a nice view. The place was clean and neat, yet some facilities were updated for a five-star hotel. For instance, the old TV.
