  Everything was perfect! From the moment we checked in, we were very pleased with the staff and how attentive they were to our needs.   I am a very regular business traveller and I kow what to expect - they managed to exceed my expectations each day - lots of small things where they went "above and beyond" to make me feel welcome. Like I asked for a milk for the in-room tea and they had no sachets left so they fetched me a jug of fresh milk from the restaurant; that kind of thing. ... what people say » Nice hotel, comfy bed, good welcome. - Excellent location, nice and big rooms, very nice and polite personnel.

  This hotel lived up to previous rave reviews we had read. We had a very comfortable and spacious room with, unexpectedly, a king size bed. (Perhaps we'd been upgraded?)   Very good quality, well equipped apartments with great views in a central location. Terrace will be lovely in the summer months (we visited in November). Good walks, restaurants, shopping and most sites close-by. Please note that this is an apartment, not a hotel, so no breakfast or cleaning provided but there is an excellent Fazer cafe next door.... what people say » No noise despite being near the railway station and a few more buildings still under construction.
