* Staff at Sheraton are very friendly and they always say "Bula" to you. * Feast Restaurant at Sheraton has seafood buffet every Fridays and Saturdays. The seafood buffet costs only $99 FJD (approx. $50 AUD) per person and the buffet includes prawns, oysters, lobsters and other types of seafood. Two lobsters in Sydney would cost us more than $50 AUD. We had more than 15 lobsters in total in one night and got our money back. * Sheraton Fiji Resort is connected to other 5 stars resorts nearby. .

The food and beverages are very expensive. * Really wanted 1 king size bed in our ocean front room, not 2 smaller ones. * Nowhere near enough adults only areas: really spoilt our capacity to relax and enjoy pools, bars etc * Booking seamless, but booked an airport pickup through the hotel - which was confirmed - and nobody turned up. A porter was rude when we didn't tip him on our arrival (we nicknamed him grumpy). The overly priced food and drinks (it made us feel like we were being milked of money while you had us there until the next guests arrived). The added surcharges to everything made us want to go to the Port to eat and drink. Having to book 3 double rooms as couldn't establish if there was a family room option that would accommodate 2 teenagers. The staff at one of the restaurants was super rude and fussy also its wayy over priced. From cocktail drinks to dinner menu. High cost of meals and drinks especially - we ate off site a lot. Didn't like the aircon in the bedroom. So noisy and the temp was set too high. Was hard to sleep which was a shame as the bed was very comfortable. not too much show or performance at the night time; also some stuff has very strong Fijian accent too hard to understand. The condition of the rooms left a bit to be desired, considering the reputation of the Sheraton chain. Was charged $12 delivery fee for a plate, after being told I couldn't borrow one from the restaurant and had to call through the front desk to order one which I did think was outrageous. In general, the pricing was astronomical and not in proportion to the product we received. They didn't empty the fridge! Expected more from sheraton. Very ordinary and average quality of services at the resort.
