The hotel staff were always very friendly, helpful & professional. The view from the room ( 19th floor in my case ) was splendid, over the harbour and the sea beyond. The bar upstairs on the roof was nice, with even better views ; but it was always possible to have a quiet drink in the less frequented bar downstairs, should one so wish. -

There is no reception (which is good for me), but the staff is always helpful by phone. -
The apartment has perfect location and is spacious. We also loved the city view at night! When booking the room, we were worried about where to leave our luggage after checking out as there is no reception like in normal hotel. But the staff was very helpful and helps us to keep the luggage during the time. Overall, very happy with our stay!

There is the real value for money accomodation with charming atmosphere of old woden house smartly furnished in vintage style. The house is located in a very calm district, but at the same time not far from the Tallinn Old Town. The Guesthouse was incredible! A true gem in its own peaceful garden with singing birds, in the middle of a metropol. An old wooden house, tastefully renovated, beautiful interiors, lovely garden, helpful and friendly staff, all city attractions nearby. The tip for an inexpensive restaurant a couple of tram stops away was great!
