The Semi private pool of the villa was really marvelous experience. The Villas Side was really quite and enjoyable. The hotel management team surprised us with a special cake for our wedd anniversary which really made our stay significant. The hotel is really big with so many enjoyable facilities and we enjoyed the Arena shows. Quality of food is good but with weak variety. Liked the idea of collecting tips in a box for all staff instead of giving each. We liked the snacks section on the beachb.

I requested two rooms attached to each other but I never get that. nothing. To pay for WIFI. didnt stay long enough. Waiters. Beach towels need to be renewed. Leaving, as reception would not let our limo onto hotel grounds to pick us up (it was ok to drop off) so had to walk 1/4 of a mile to the main gate with suitcases. beach bar. They did charge me more for no good reason, at first, the air conditioner in the room was terrible and not getting cold at all until they moved to another room in a newer building and it was ok. A lot of ants in the room and mosquito's bites are very bad. staff rude . more interested to get tips. Food is very poor. the staff are not friendly, no hospitality services are not enough, even it is all inclusives, you cannot find restaurant any time and no room services, no a la carte restaurant. worst staff ever! very unfriendly, very unprofessional, very rude, very unhelpful....despite i was staying in a villa, all inclusive, food was great, beach was great....but for the sake of the staff, i will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
