the location,view,design and they have several pools. pools and aqua park are good. animation team is nice. I like the staff too much, food and beatch. I lpool. 1-the food quality is not good. 2- the hotel added 24% to the total price which was mentioned in letsbookhotel.com. so, take care from this point. very poor staff. late check in . staff is very slow in check in and in taking our bags. staff doesn't know how to guide me to our room. they gave me wrong directions each time I ask any one he tell me another way. a guy at the parking was very rude. one of the animation at the beach came to us in very rude way telling us to lower our voice while we were talking normally.
