Staff was very attentive and helpful, and solved a lot of small issues for us (like lend us an umbrella, maps and directions, help to choose a bike to rent, print some docs, bring some extra stuff during breakfast etc). Food was v - Location is fantastic for a runner like me. There are lots of nice routes through 'Ermelunden' and 'Dyrehaven'. Dinned one night at the restaurant. The service was excellent and I was offered wine by the glass from the bottles on the wine card. Unfortunately, the lamb served was red instead of pink, and I had to send it back.

  Great location. Fair price. Friendly staff. If you're looking for the same services as a hotel/motel this is not it! There is no daily servicing of your room. If you want fresh towels, linen or toilet paper you need to go to reception and ask. There is no TV/coffee/tea in the rm. It is a 5 min walk to Kings Square Metro station which is on same line as - Excellant... Couldn't fault for quality with budget and friendliness taken into account! Staff are fantastic, facilities are great with bar, disco (concealed dance area most evenings), large chilling out area and evening entertainment! This is basically a very cool & trendy place right in the heart of beautiful Copenhagen. My only regret was sleeping in on the one day I'd promised to go on the city walk lead by Aurora... This hotel is very modern and super clean - like the cleanest hotel room i can remember staying in. The facilities were basic, but truly all that we needed during our two night stay in Copenhagen.   I liked the way the staff was available 24 hours and were extremely polite and very helpful. The location is pretty good as its near many bus stands and the metro station - The staff were really wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice too.
