Location, availability of complimentary drinks and snacks, and the helpful staff. great location. Large comfortable room. Close to mainline station and city centre.-Friendly service, good location, parking, good breakfast buffet. good restaurant. A lot of small problems - running toilet - only hot water in bathroom - broken soap dispenser - bad smell in room - poor cleaning.
