If you want fresh towels, linen or toilet paper you need to go to reception and ask. There is no TV/coffee/tea in the rm. It is a 5 min walk to Kings Square Metro station which is on same line as - Excellant... Couldn't fault for quality with budget and friendliness taken into account!   Very modern. Good to know that you don't have to queue for check in and check out. There is no reception, they send you the entry code 48 hours before checking in. I stayed for 5 days amd I did not had any problems so I can't really comment how does the hotel responds to problems. Standard setup but various size and location of rooms. some are small with thin walls in an older part of the hotel and some are spacious and more privat. but all of them have the same items. They are all clean and with the basic necessity for a short stay. Excellent location, good beds, internet connection, microwave, water heater and instant coffe :)
