We bought the Tivoli Tickets in anvance at hotel and got discount. The service was good at reception. The breakfast was great and tv for kids (cartoons) was nice idea!. Breakfast was great. The Location. Location in Copenhagen, "running track" just outside the door, beds for the kids, services. Location is great. Just 400 mtrs from Tivoli and 1 km from Town Hall and main shopping street. Good size family room. It was enough to accomodate 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was excellent . We really enjoyed it.

The staff in reception were very friendly and helpful. We had lovely views of Copenhagen and the hotel was within walking distance to the centre. The bed was very comfortable.It could have been an much better hotel if they fixed their service and attitude on the staff. The hotel restaurants were closed durlig Christmas days.But I saw fireworks from the room.Located in the center of the city, very good facilities (minus the internet connection). the rooms were spacious , had good view and the location was good. Breakfast was good. Location. The hotel itself was too old and the toilet did not flush well. The refrigerator didn't open at first, and we need to keep opening it with the small key. The breakfast had not enough spreads regardless of such a big hotel. There was not enough tables and we saw many people standing with dishes, waiting for the table to be opened. Many families with small kids were staying and it was quite noisy. The Room was a bit warm. Staff was excellent except the rude luggage boy. The bathroom needed a makeover, the toilet didn't flush properly. Parking is expensive. The bathroom was a little dirty and the room was old. bathroom, was not to the standard, in terms of fixtures and fittings,which were quite old.The price for the 2nd. day. 700,00 kroner more than 1st. day. cleaning personal left us somedays without towels and somedays with out glasses.they took even one acces card in the room. We arrived at 4pm in the afternoon, and the room was not ready available for us! We had to wait while the housekeeping staff to the room. However there was mould in the bathroom and the shower fittings where old and lower grade. The staff uniforms in the Breakfast room where old and ill fitting. We had problems with the parking ticket not working. Poor service not close to four star rating according to me. I've visited one star hotels with better service, seriously.One of the light bulb was gone when I was check in and asked to change at the front desk.Unfortunately no body changed it till check out ( I stayed 3 nights ). A wake-up call was requested but never happened almost made me miss my flight. Wireless connectivity was extremely bad, not working half the time.First of all they should renovate the bathrooms which were old and then of course the cleaning which was very poor . Also all the towels were so much used that they scratched your body. It looks and feels like a factory. My room was not very clean and many things should have been replaced ( lamp, carpet..). Needs renovated and very expensive for quality of hotel. We had chosen this hotel because it was mentioned that there were enough parking spaces, but it was actually a " Q-Park" underneath the hotel. Therefore,when we went out by a car, they charged by hours as usual, unless we kept parking for 24 hours. It should be mentioned clearly in the web info.
