Definitely get a room facing the courtyard as its much quieter than facing the rails. Rooms were adequate, and it was about 400m away from Central Station. Tivoli Gardens is just a little further only. Theres also a supermarket just 100m up the road which is good. and loads of car rental companies are around the area. Good value accommodation in an expensive city. This is a well-presented 3 star tourist hotel that is a perfect base for a city trip. Excellent location for the city centre, only 5 minutes walk to City Hall Square. Metro from the airport stops at Norreport and it's a 15 minute walk to the hotel.

My own problem that the visit was too short to fully enjoy the hospitality of the hotel :-). No Airport Shuttle. Smallish room with tiny wardrobe. Could have opened from the front rather than the side (as this made it very awkward to access when a suitcase was placed next to it). One lift was out of service for the five days we were there which was annoying as the hotel was busy. Lift capacity too small and one lift out of order meant queue formation at prime times. no air conditioning. No parking place. The closest Parking is 5 minute walking distance with approximately 150 kr. overnight parking cost. noise from traffic and trains which were opposite hotel, at night we had to have window open for fresh air and didn't get much sleep particularly on second night of stay. Can't think of anything. I didn't like the fact that you had to put your room key in a slot in order for the lights to work. Their shower pressure was also low and sometimes the bathroom smelled of sewage. While it was great to have tea/coffee making in our room, why only have paper cups, a wooden stirrer rather than teaspoon, and such minimal tea/coffee supplies? This I'd expect in much cheaper hotels. The buffet breakfast was a bit basic and not very well stocked. The wireless, while simple to set up, wasn't very reliable. Finally, on our last morning someone started drilling at 8:20am. Hot room with no AC. Couldn't sleep with open window because of big road and train outside. I use a scooter to get around and going in the elevators was difficult. I had to crash into the outside door to get out since I couldn't operate my scooter and hold the door at the same time. Too small for another person to ride and help. A bit noisy, close to train. Rooms are small, but anyway ok. Bathroom had a bad smell!. The lack of regard for explicitly requiring single large double bed instead of 2 beds. The requirement to leave the credit card open. Some other formula should be thought of. Bar / Restaurant closed when I arrived at 9.30 pm. Rooms were a little on the small side and the shower curtain was black which made the shower area very dark when you pulled the curtain across. The location of the hotel is great but there is a train station just in front of it therefore there is too much noise from it. Small bathroom. On arrival the bathroom had an unpleasant odour, but on reporting to staff they sorted out the problem they were very very helpful with this matter. Small room No safe Train is audible. no dislikes. The damnned awful noise of construction on sat 6 jul from 12 noon to 430pm. Quiet on sunday. Monday started 9am and was still going when we checked out. If you are doing major work do not accept bookings. Never again !!!!. cold bedroom and funny smell in room esp near bathroom. Thin wall (noisy next room). Small toilet and shower room. N/A. Not sure about the restaurant, there never seemed to be anyone there, even when it was open, so we did not eat there. Copenhagen is very expensive. Car parking secure, but off-site around the corner. Lifts are small (4 persons max) and one was out of order. Black shower curtain which needed a good wash!. Would prefer 24 hr coffee machine. Fresh coffee just to refill without asking the front desk and fresh. bed was ok, but pillows were not comfortable. breakfast selection was limited, but still ok for a price. small shower. Very noisy at front rooms, needs better sound proofing from train noise. looking at the health and safety side of it, i was surprised at being five floors up the window can be fully opened. Internet cost and slow speed. I had to cancel one night and unf didn't get a refund.
