  Very modern. Good to know that you don't have to queue for check in and check out. There is no reception, they send you the entry code 48 hours before checking in. I stayed for 5 days amd I did not had any problems so I can't really comment how does the hotel responds to problems. Location is ok, it's just walking distance from the main train sta... what people say » tion but also is located at the red district. Saying that I felt very safe walking around it in the evenings. I would recommend this hotel - You know what you'll get with Omena. Standard setup but various size and location of rooms. some are small with thin walls in an older part of the hotel and some are spacious and more privat. but all of them have the same items. They are all clean and with the basic necessity for a short stay. Excellent location, good beds, internet connection, microwave, water heater and instant coffe :)

  The staff were very accommodating with our arrival and even took us into to Tivoli Gardens for free.   I had a delayed flight to Copenhagen of 12 hours. so I missed my return flight from Copenhagen, and my next flight was after 3 days. so I booked this hotel from the airport. the staff was nice and helpful, they understood the situation. they had allowed me an early check in, and also a late check out (if the next guest programmed for the room do... what people say » n't show up early). nice location, in the centre, near the central station. I didn't used any transport to visit Copenhagen. there is a main kitchen, - I stayed in this hotel for a week with my wife and enjoyed it. The location is great, near the Tivoli Garden, central metro station, city center and many attractions and shopping centers. The staff were very friendly and there is a guest kitchen in first floor where you can find tea, coffee, dishes, macrowave, coffee maker... And you can use these for free. We changed 5 hotel in Cph, but really felt good at this hotel. The price is low and it has big rooms in compare of other hotels we stayed.
