Because it is not a hotel, there's no reception, so we had to arrange to meet the owner when we arrived to get the apartment keys. He was very accommodating - we arrived late at night and were delayed at the airport but he met us promptly after we arrived.

The hotel's location was great, with a walking distance to places of interest in every direction. Staff was helpful, we got e.g. extra blankets when asked. Room was very tidy and cleaned daily. Location, location, location! They have a shuttle service from theairport which is very convenient, especially since city transportationis difficult. - We were in Prag in September and the weather was very-very cold and wecould use the heating in the hotel so we did not feel cold.
