I stayed at sensationally low off season rates. My original booking was for 2 nights; I might stay a month! The staff are unfailingly helpful. They printed and scanned documents for me for free. They did my laundry for free. They never disappointed. The location is actually quite good unless all you want is the "Prague Experience". It's a short walk from the Ceskomoravska metro station which is next to the O2 Arena which in turn is next to the sensational Harva shopping mall where you wil.

Although it is not located in the city center but the metro system in prague is simple and not complex (only 3 lines:A,B,C) so not a big deal. We read the reviews that the hotel is difficult to find. So here is some tips to find the hotel: came out from the metro station, choose the exit that u will walk through a big space where many buses stopping there (and u will be facing o2), then turn left and walk straight. Continue to walk until you . the hotel is right behind the O2 arena, and very close to a metro station, so if you're travelling by car and you want to leave it and see Prague by public transport, this is the hotel for you... standard rooms, standard breakfast, little prices...if we come again to Prague, we'll stay at Inturprag again. The staff was very nice and helpful, location is no good, but we arrived by car, so we did not care about that. We were offered a parking spot at the hotel's parking. The room was quite big, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good for such a price. I would totally recommend this hotel. The place is really nice, very close to O2 arena, and 20 minutes by subway from the train station. Is clean and quiet, and has a good but not very diversified breakfast. Is a convinient place for a city break, and I will surely go there again. The value for the money; The kindness of the staff; Free and good quality internet wireless (much better than other paid internet places);. Overall I recommend the hotel to the guests. The location is really good, the metro is near the hotel. Price, location, room condition. The breakfest was great. Wifi in the rooms was decent, location is ok - 700 m from metro. location. the internet was not connected. When i checked in , there was one guy coming to the counter to question why he couldnt log in the wifi, and the same thing happened to me. The way back at night is quite dark but we were lucky that there were many people walked together with us along the journey back to hotel.But i believe prague is quite safe so it is not a big deal. All in all, it is a very good hotel. No complaits!. The wifi connection needs improvements. The elevator (a minor importantce issue). The radiator in the room was not enough for heating in Prague's freezing cold winter nights. The location of the hotel is problematic. It is not easy to spot the hotel in the first sight. it is hidden behind the business center. Poor Wifi; some rust on bathroom equipment (room 34). Cleanliness. A little bit too far from the city center. hot drinking water is at the ground floor. Very basic and worn, breakfast whilst edible was basic. Wifi a bit weak, noise from elevator, thin walls, dirty carpet, only 3 tv channels, squeaking door, fridge didn`t work, basic breakfast, but for the price we paid, it was fine. Room was clean but hotel hall smells very bad. Too much dust in room, not well clean bathroom and fridge. Hot water. They were not very helpful at the reception. very, very bad breakfast - open buffet looked like in '80s. Only pancakes and pasta were ok, rest of it was below average. Torn towels, facilities look old. one wc and dush for two rooms.
