  It is in a quiet neighborhood, pretty close to the town center (10 min by tram 5 or 6). Staff was very helpful. We recommend. - Owner is very kind and friendly. He rent me fan, because it was very hot in this summer. It helps me very well.

  We had a lovely time at AS Club. The owner and his staff were extremely welcoming and hospitable. The room was spacious and well kept. Beautiful balconies look out over Brno's scenic, wooded hills. Make sure you take the time to chat with Slava - he is a wealth of knowledge and great conversationalist. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! ... what people say » - The hotel is situated in quiet and green part of Brno. The apartament was comfortable, very clean and had full of space. Very good local beer ;) and tasty breakfast - all for a reasonable price. The owner was very kind and hospitable. This place can be truly recommended. PS.   We were very surprised with this apartments house. The staff was so kind, they let us to enter earlier and explain us all necessary thing we need for stay there. We have all freedom to open and close in the house, which we appreciated. The location is very interesting, with a small zoo in the backyard. Breakfast was very private and nicely done. Daily Housekeeping (except Sundays). Neighborhood was safe. Little petting zoo behind the Penzion made for a very nice walk. Manager, Silva, was extremely helpful and pleasant, lives up to her reputation! Very easy to get into town via autobus and/or tramvaj.

  We arrived with my family (4 of us) for only a one night stay. Although we arrived quite late (around 11 pm), the pansion owner was waiting for us, the two rooms were simply huge. They were warm - thanks the owner and the floor-heating), so we slept really well. The breakfast was on time, delicious and more than enough. The cost was really fair.
