  Staff is really friendly. You can get all information about the city and available entertainments from the concierge. The location is very close to old town. Our room was of good size and was equipped well. - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, really, there was something for everybody.   I loved this hotel. We got there extremely early and they gave us a room to rest and sleep until our room with a double bed was ready. The buffet breakfast was rich and varied, and the staff were friendly, accommodating and courteous. The location right in front of the metro station was absolutely perfect, as we literally stepped out of the room... what people say » and onto the train. I just loved it! - The hotel was in a perfect location. Subway more or less joined on to the hotel, and these were every couple of minutes into the center. Complimentary wine and chocs on arrival. Room had view over Prague. Couldn't really fault a thing.
