The perfect cleanness of the room. And everything was exactly as prommoted in the web site. Quiet, courteous sraff, clean rooms.Staff welcoming and very helpful. Relatively close to the train station. Quiet neighborhood.stuff hospitality. location. Short walk to the city centre. Quiet location. Quietness. All the staff spoke good English, it was the best value hotel in whatwas a busy week for the city. It was close enough to the centre to meanI didn't need to spend money on local transport, which made the priceeven better. The room itself was nice, regardless of the fact that half of the rooms are on the ground level and we had to switch rooms twice. Please note that although not mentioned anywhere, the hotel is under construction.Very new, recently reformed. the atmospher of the place. the breakfast. Comfortable, clean and simple. simpleandgood service. not much. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Central location and quiet.

. no. Not very easy to find, make sure you bring a map, because street corners do not have signs. Average-to-low value-for-money like most hotels in Zagreb. Poor-to-none wireless network in the room. Hotel could have better info/directions for immediate area - ATM's, transportation(Metro and buses). Difficult to find. Zagreb lacks street signs. Being a walking traveler, this place was hard to find and almost toofar to walk. I was surprised not to be offered the chance to leave my bag when Iarrived too early to check in. The buffet breakfast didn't have as muchchoice as advertised. I would also like to have seen the bar open later.But I would stress each of these is a minor point. Still better than ukor Paris hotels. Location - run down neighbourhood far from the center and about 10 min. walk to the concert hall. The air conditioning in the first room did not work at all, in the second room it worked however the remote control for the tv simultaneously adjusted the air (not good). We did not have a room key because the locks were not working. The hotel charges 10 euro less than the booking.com price.Bad coneected to the city center by bus, it was quite far to the center. The breakfast was very poor and the coffee was horrible. We asked for another one and they charged it extra in our bill.
