During our 2-weeks stay in this Apartment we could always ask (no worries of language - they speak German) the hosts of anything we really needed - information, help, phone call to make a booking in a nice restaurant etc. For those who plan to have a boat excursion, Mr Ante has a nice one, but it is quite heavily used, so it is recommended to contact him far ahead prior your arrival to make a reservation. Hospitality of the hosts was just great - no need to mention of nice treats like fresh tom.
