First of all location is perfect! Very clean and Owner is very helpful. Suitable to go to the Old Town by bus and to return. 10 minutes walking and you are on the beach. Apartments are very good equipped. They even have washing machine, iron... New furniture. In the evening we enjoyed sitting on the bench in front of apartments, just 1 meter from the sea, and drinking wine. Owners family makes wine, you have to try their red wine "Providenca", the best red wine I ever tasted. Good restaurant ne. all reviews »
First, the extremely friendly and helpful owner Niksa. Over and above any expectations. Free parking, fee wifi, beautiful view over harbour, local shops and restaurants Tourist information next door and a bar with its own small jetty with parasole covered seating next door to that. But most of all, so close to Dubrovnik old city. We used the bus, which is always very crowded, to go there. But the price of the apartment is so reasonable that you can afford a taxi in and out of the city each day.
We were on a motorcycle. Easy to find and the bike was put in their own
private garage. The owners speak excellent English and are keen to
help. Dubrovnik is a short bus ride or longish walk away but the
location of the apartment is an attraction in its own right. There are
plenty of places to eat close by and a supermarket if you are self
catering. Finally, you will get a good nights sleep here as the
apartment really is self contained. We would most certainly book here
again if we are in the .
This ground floor apartment is fantastically situated in the port area. It is compact but very comfortable and comprehensive.
It is about 4 metres to the water, with continuous activity to watch. The bus stops nearby, to access tourist destinations inexpensively. There are wonderful restaurants just next door and nearby. A supermarket is within walking distance. Niksa, the manager was very helpful and ensured that we got a good price for tours. Highly recommended.
Very nice location, you can see the harbor from inside the room; the owner is very friendly, very kind, he helps you with everything you need and speaks English very good; close to Lapad Beach (about 10-15 min walking); close to an area with restaurants, cafe's and local shops; bus station next to the accommodation; very good restaurant right next to the accommodation.
Great location, friendly Owner, very easy to go to the Center and to the beaches. Clean and cosy. Nice small kitchen well equipped. Highly recomended!!!. Very lovely apartment, very clean. Practic to visit old city. Close to the beaches.
Location.
The apartment is a bit old Ikea - not luxury, but we didn't mind. It had everything we needed. Good hot water in bathroom to the shower, bath, washbasin and bidet but not connected to sink in kitchen. Not a problem. What can you expect for this low price so close to the city yet in such a relaxing and beautiful environment? It is a bargain!.
Don't be put off by the entrance which is a bit untidy although the
owners are working on it.
A bit far from the city center (old city) but however the bus that takes you there in about 15 min is right next to the accommodation.
