We stayed in the apartment in Petra Zoranica street. The owner of the flat, Mya, was very friendly and cool. The flat is new, spotless, very spacious and nicely decorated. It was great coming back to the apartment after a full day out and being able to chill as there's everything you would need: from a full kitchen (dishwasher included) to a washing machine (very handy when you've been all day doing outdoorsy stuff). There's a supermarket just 2 blocks away. The apartment is in a residential ar.
all reviews » Fantastic host/s. The location is a 5 min walk to cafes, shops, beach (Lapad) and buses to the Old Town. Plenty of parking if you have a car. The Apartment was bright and light, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with a covered patio area. WiFi and satellite TV great. A couple of minor problems were attended to immediately, you couldn't ask for anything more. The apartment we (eventually) found was great - however it wasn't the one originally booked. This was a great location - but locating and hooking up with the actual renter was challenging. The apartments are of good quality - but don't be mislead by the online pictures which are optimistic. Great apartment, lots of room, good decoration and all you need for a few days. Only 100 meters from the bus stop which drops you off right at the entrance of the old town. never had to wait more than a few minutes for the bus so staying in Lapad was a good choice for us. A real big house with everything in, even umbrellas and a washing machine, a gorgeos house!. Centrally located, short bus ride to the old town, close to the marina, well equipped. Nice appartments neer the see. Location was excellent. Apartment was good although felt that we had moved into someone's home for a couple of days rather than an apartment as lots of personal things had been left around. Walking distance to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and bus stop. The apartment was modern & spacious and within walking distance to a small pebbly beach. Helpfull staff, close to the city and to the beach. It's not walking distance from the Old Town, but apparently there are buses that take around 10 mins to get there. The problem isn't the apartments themselves. The problem is that this is an agency that books multiple apartments belonging to multiple owners. The apartment you book may or may not be the one you get. It may also be changed at the last minute. This happened to us, and the communication of this information was confused in our case. Not much. If you have a car, parking can be a problem. It was difficult to locate without a sign. There is no manager on site to greet you on arrival. The tv had no reception and there was no wifi initially until arranged by contact. Dirty apartment, unmade double bed with 2 single sheets, the price was too high (5 star hotel price but 2 star facilities).
