Very nice, quiet and clean property in a wonderful location looking over the Cavtat bay and harbour. Yes, prepare to climb a lot of steps to get there - but it's all worth it for the view. The landlady, Lenka Rozic, is extremely helpful and such a lovely lady who helped me with the luggage, ordered a taxi etc. Always there for me. Stayed in the room with no balcony. Loved it. Good mattress, comfy pillows. Excellent a/c. A flat tv and free wi-fi. Beautiful bathroom with good light, a shower stal.

Lenka the manageress was extremely friendly and helpful and even carried my case up to our room. Nothing was a problem for her. The view is the key part of the apartment.The village of Cavat is lovely and you probaly get the best view of the village and the local area.The apartment was light and airy and to a high standard.Very well maintained. Kind hostess. She insisted on carrying our small suitcase up all the steps. We upgraded to a room with a balcony - well worth it for the million dollar view. We really loved our visit. Location. - no place for shampoo or soap in the shower - no hooks for towels - wi-fi was in and out, weak signal - did not like the iron chairs in the room, they were more like garden style (not a big deal, though). The obvious problem is access and the steps mentioned by others.Because it was out of season we drove the car into the harbour area near the bottome of the steps.From May to Sept the carepark is approx 1km away.You then have to climb 40+ steep steps.If you are young and fit no problem.Also the signage could be better.It is only accesible on foot.The numbering on the walkway where it is situated is wrong and there are no obvious signs?. The parking was 10 minutes walk away, with 128 steps up a lovely alley and stairwells at the end! - which is fine if you're expecting it, but customers should be warned. Not fun for people with heavy suitcases or heart problems. The number of steps to access (but good for fitness) and church bells at 6.00am each morning. It is a bit of a walk to the villa from the road and there are 111 steps to the main entrance so if you have heavy luggage it is difficult. Breakfast is hard boiled egg, bread with small package of cream cheese, butter, jam and coffee or tea for 5 Euro. The only problem is Villa Rozic is up a good few steps so is not suitable for the infirm but perfectly fine for the fit. The villa is finished and our room clean and fully equipped but the patio area is still rough and unfinished which let it down. Having said that I would still go back. No standing shower in our room, breakfast not included. Climbing up the steps to the guesthouse with a large backpack in 35 degree heat! But our stay was lovely, and the guesthouse itself was great. Some stairs needed to walk to apartment but good exercise :)". Nothing!. The stairway you have to go up to reach the place. lots of steps , about 147 to our room which we knew when we booked ,. There are many stairs in order to reach the hotel. 111 steps to the villa entrance, but well worth the climb!. Lots ofstps but worth it fo the view. The stairs!! There are alot of stairs from town up to the villa itself which can be difficult if you have heavy bags. there was far to many steps up to it but the view was worth all the pain. Steps problem for older person with luggage - directions could be sent with booking to ensure people understand that there is no access by car within 600m. No parking No credit cards Very difficult to ascend it.(more than hundred steps). Too, too many steps, to the villa - some that were hazardous. No fridge so you could enjoy a drink in your room. Site said breakfast available and it wasn't. The rooms was in bad shape with madrass with springs going into your body. They din not change the madress even after complain. Much too expensive breakfast, with cold "green" eggs, and bad coffee. You get what you pay for! First off, you have to hike 100 stairs to get to the room (with luggage!) The room we stayed in had a musty smell. There was no shower only a tub! There is no shuttle service to the airport and to top it off I left with bed bug bites all over my wrists. Spend the extra money and find another hotel!. Unprofessional staff. High prices. Parking was 600m away. Staff were extremely difficult. We ended up having to find somewhere else to stay.
