  The staff were very helpful and showed flexiubility. This is my 5th time at this hotel and its very consistent. The location is superb for both business, shopping and sightseeing. The taxi guide is very helpful as you can just show your location to the driver. And also show him the hotel address for the return. - I've been staying here for 12 yea... what people say » rs and it's my favourite hotel in shanghai. I'm sure there are more luxurious but this is in a great area for eating and drinking. Rooms are big and clean and they are generous with upgrades. Just don't ever expect them to remember you've been before!

I specially need to thanks to the door man who serve - The rooms were big, clean and functional. The breakfast on the 49th floor gave us a great view of Shanghai. After the mall and subway is a lovely, artistic and trendy development marked with small shops and restaurants where you can spend an entire morning or afternoon shopping and dining.
