Well, everything. The room was better than advertised, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was a pure treat...mostly Asian, of course, but there was eggs and toast and oj and stuff available, too. Delicious. Plus, the location is very, very good...a walk or a dirt cheap taxi ride to anywhere I wanted to go. Heck, I *want* to stay there again. Excellent value. The hotel is in a good location close to the walking street and two metro stations.The units are modern,comfortable and well appointed & equipped.The breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of tastes catered for.Metro line 2 is very handy for both shanghai airports and fast intercity trains.
all reviews » Friendly and helpful staff. We were checked in quickly and they helped us make many of our arrangements while in Shanghai. The location is good, near parks and Nanjing road. We walked everywhere, even with our children. There is a mini-market very close by. Excellent value for money. It was not expensive, the rooms were big and spacey and the staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Good looking, both outside and inside. Five minutes walk to the People Square, subway station and shopping street. the apartment is good, 2 rooms and a very well equipped kitchen. cleaned very well, dish washing included although there is a washing machine. in a good location, short walking distance from the subway. good breakfast. The apartment is very spacious, clean and modern interior design. Very suitable for travelers with kids. The apartment were cleaned daily and our towels were changed daily. Value for your money too. greencourt apt is best located within walking distance of subway stn and shopping st., it is quite clean and studio is self content with aminities. I liked location. Leaving :-). no issues with any aspect of the hotel. The room is for 2 (with free children) but you only get 1 breakfast ticket! Not a big deal, but a little strange I feel. Breakfast was ok, but only included for one person(we were two). They charged 60yuan for the other person. we got only one breakfast free for the room, so the other one should pay 60rmb if we wanted to eat together, witch is quit expensive for china food prices. none. Needs travel desk or convinience for local transport. Very minor, but the room had old fashioned wall paper on one wall? Why? The bathroom though clean was decorated with old fashioned tiles. A possible re-decoration is needed. No bar although the dining room wall was set out as a bar. No attached restaurant though plenty were close. The windows were really dirty, so it was not so nice to look out through the windows for the city view. One of our hotel rooms should have a balcony, but it really wasn't a balcony that you could go out onto. nothing particular. The booking only gave one breakfast per day and as there were two of us we had to pay extra for breakfast. There was limited choice for western visitors. no washing machine in the room ,. Breakfast not included in the room rate, moreover is worse since is not "Citadines" anymore. Interior is already a little bit older, breakfast could be better, not very clean, air con is loud and doen't work that well. Breakfast spread. No washing machine. The facilities are already pretty old The breakfast is so so. the cabinets in the chicken had Cockroaches i called room service and they came very quickly to spray the room while i was in it. 2ed day the problem remain the same. they have big problem with Cockroach. very ugly rooms!.
