the location is very convinient. The location is very good: it is in the center and quite close to subway. Close to Nanjing Road and other shopping areas. Location, quieteness.The location. Location of thr hotel. Quite dirty and very smelly room, no window! I do not recommend this hotel!. it's very convenient for central Shanghai. all reviews »
The personal can be more friendly. Not directly accessible from the road as that part of Nanjing Road is a pedestrian mall.all non english speaking staff. The entrance. I was not given a non-smoking room, in fact there was a cigarette butt in the ashtray when I arrived. Staff were rude and surly except the porter who was very helpful. The room was not very clean and was badly worn and tired looking.
