  The staff is exceptional -- all spoke English, even the maid. All wentout of their way to be friendly and helpful and gracious. We added on ahalf day, since our flight didn't leave til evening, and the maid camein and made up the room with fresh towels and everything while we wereat lunch.   As the category of rooms we booked were full, we were upgraded to a better category and as a result, probably we were better served and standard of rooms were better. This is the second time I have been to Shenzhen and I had no hesitation in choosing the hotel again for my visit
