  Staff is very kind - one of our young guests (11-years boy) forgot his passport in hotel and we were very happy when we called hotel 6 hours later and were informed that his passport was found and now we can get it - and so we did immediately, our flight was not cancelled. We are very thankful to hotel staff fot this kindness and help !!! - Good ... what people say » service at reception. As we requested non smoking room, we got upgraded to an executive level room. Good size of big bedroom and living room. Also the swimming pool is fantastic with a big pool. Will definitely come back next time

  We stayed in a double room with Ensuite. The room was spacious, the bed large and the bathroom had a good shower with plenty of hot water. Decoration was to a high standard and the hostel was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices at the bar. Extremely close to the metro - though it is still hard to find - left from exit d ... what people say » and turn all the way around, it has a uhotel sign. Decent wifi - It is just next to the Dongxi Station exit for line 5 & line 6. A supermarket nearby, and walk a bit to the lane, you can find some nice restaurant to have cheap local Beijing Food. Safe even I was back from HuTong around 11.30pm. Staff are nice to offer help, as I was depart on a rainy day, with materials I have to protect for client meeting. They offered me a big plastic bag to protect my stuff.

  Extremely friendly and helpful staff, having a 24h reception is very convenient for late check-ins and early check-outs. Location is within walking distance to Dong Si train station, which is just stops away from key attractions such as Tian An Men, Forbidden Palace, WangFuJing street etc. I would highly recommend a visit to NanLuoGuXiang - a beau... what people say » tiful place with lots to see, eat and buy. By the way, the hostel serves a good cup of Mocha! Overall, Happy Dragon Hostel is value for money for budg - Excellent customer service. Reception and bar staff speak excellent English and go out of their way to help you. Trip to Mutianyu was excellent value for money and despite being stuck in a traffic jam was a fantastic day out. The hostel is an easy 5 min walk from the Dongsi metro station. Very easy to find. Don't be put off by comments which say it's hard to find.

  Hotel was near the temple of heaven and close to a metro station so that was very convenient. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly but spoke hardly any English. There was a problem with the booking but finally the staff solved this in a proper way.
