Located in the hart of Shanghai, from the airport or trainstation easy to reach by taxi. The empoyees and staff were very friendly and their english is good. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast, so great, it is almost impossible to wish more or better.

  Location, location, location! I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily. The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there. It was disappointing I didn't get the same kind of r - The ambience of the hotel was really good all through out the hotel, the interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and especially the rooms is outstanding. The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi. The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.
