  i'm quite confident with this Hotel , is the second time i'm there , amazing rooms , nice green area in front of the hotel, helpfull staff. - Comfortable! the mattress is really nice, lovely lovely lovely! I going to buy a same one for my home!

  The price was super cheap, the service and amenities were far beyond the price! I was very impressed with the hotel and staff. There were several English speaking employees which was very helpful. The hotel is situated in a very nice are, within walking distance to the Square and Forbidden City. - the Chinese reception staff handled my booking... what people say » in and out promptly, conversed in English, translated my directions into Chinese language so I good give to taxi drivers.my room on 6th floor was huge with a comfortable bed. the shower and bathroom good. daily cleaning.no complaints with this hotel.

  Staff is very kind - one of our young guests (11-years boy) forgot his passport in hotel and we were very happy when we called hotel 6 hours later and were informed that his passport was found and now we can get it - and so we did immediately, our flight was not cancelled. We are very thankful to hotel staff fot this kindness and help !!! - Good ... what people say » service at reception. As we requested non smoking room, we got upgraded to an executive level room. Good size of big bedroom and living room. Also the swimming pool is fantastic with a big pool. Will definitely come back next time
