This hostel is very aesthetically pleasing, lovely interior design and super trendy. Food is satisfactory, the bedding is comfortable, and bathrooms are newly remodeled, modern and clean. Front desk attendant is informative and can provide insider information on what’s worth seeing in the city. It’s conveniently located to mass transit and close to all of the amenities. We were able to take off and hit all areas of the city by foot and public transportation. Everything about this place is wond.

Everything very easy and clean, backpacker style. It's a Youth Hostel so you have the typical facilities, dorms with shared bathroom, common room, common PC for everyone... The staff were friendly and spoke english. We really liked the place. Location close to all main attractions in Guilin. Hostel have bycicle to rent which is a great option for those who willing to move quicker from a place to another and cut times if you are staying just few days. Staff speaks a good English. Everything was awesome! The girl at the reception speaks english perfectly and answered all of our questions of where to go,eat,etc.... Room are super clean,hot water was perfect. And is walking distance to many good places!. The best Staff in China - very friendly and in my opinion hostel with level just like 3-4 stars hotel. We had a room with view on a court (not a bad view btw). It was really less noisy than the first room we had with the lake view. - Poor exhaust in the bathroom - Poor room insulation, feel pretty cool even with heater on at full heat setting (32 degree celcius) - Extremely cold corridor when exiting the room - Bathroom space is very tight, the shower pedestal is close to the door. Be careful not to hurt your toes when walking in at night. The trips to landmarks near guilin are a little expensive, better to find trips on your own... but for that you'll need a little mandarin. no. That is a perfect hostel as far as I have stayed. limited food selection and quality, internet not functioning, expensive shuttle to airport (250 RMB). Internet didn't work at my room (third level) but it worked at common areas. N/A. The only thing I didn't like about this hostel was the double bed in our room. It was the kind of bed in which you feel every single movemnet of the other person! So the next night we asked to change into a room with two single beds. That was much better!. Serving our brekfast took so long that we almost missed our bus (around 50minutes, and they mistake our meals..). Railway- & busstation 25 min to walk (but only 8 yuan für taxi). nothing. best hostel ever. it doesn't have 24 hours service. No TV The cleaner did not clean our room during our 3n stay. One of the staff (male one), was a little rude. We asked for an early check out (at 7am to catch our plane) and he told us not possible, only 7.10 am is possible which was not good for us as we were already short in time. We finally had a chat with another staff (female) who was far more friendly and helpful and told us that there were no problem at all to do an early check in at 7am or even earlier....
