I stay once a year there, when on Business in Beijing. The staff is very helpful and is happy to take care of many issues, which would cost you a lot of time doing yourself, such as printing business cards etc. The rooms are great, with all facilities you want, nice coffee, great music system, free mini-bar.   The staff were incredibly polite and the service was impeccable. They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc. The room itself was huge. Impeccably clean, service was always prompt especially when we ran into trouble with the washing machine. Amenities that one needs away from... what people say » home were all there. Gym, Pool & Jaccuzzi were also great. - Very spacious apartment, good for a family with children. Nice to have kitchen and washing machine and warm toilet seats :).
