  We stayed for 5 nights from March 28 to April 2. They granted us all our requests: big carpeted room with king-sized bed and nice view. We were transferred to the upper floor when we complained about the noise from the renovation and to a non-smoking floor as requested.   They upgraded me to executive suite - it was a pleasant surprise. Also, I was super happy with their flexibility. I had to run errands and couldn't get back to the hotel to check out before 2 PM and they extended my stay without charging me extra. Really thoughtful and the staff was truly amazing.
