  The location was perfect. Right in the heart of commercial Arica, close to the beach, the Morro, and all other major sites. Staff was incredibly helpful, spoke very good English. - As others have already mentioned, the internet is great here, I tested out with some torrents and it peaked at close to 3meg/sec!!

  Amazing place which will leave you speechless. Super well organized with all the stuff you need. Computer rooms, large screen tv room, wifi, books, several maps and tips to go around. Great showers, all very clean and relaxing as there are some rules about to prevent late night noise. Staff is super friendly and you can see that they take the word... what people say » service to a next level. - The whole layout of the hostal was particularly appealing with most rooms overlooking the inner garden area. Smallish rooms but extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent support and advice from owner (eg arranging car hire) and staff. Delightful, copious breakfast

  Our stay here was good. the staff were really friendly and tried to help with every request, especially as our spanish was poor. Whilst the room was OK in itself the bed as very comfortable and the Bathroom pretty good. We slept well and were looked after well. Jose was especially useful in helping us around bus station location, drop off for night bus to Calama etc and also t - Jose, The waiter was extremely helpful and attentive. He tried very hard and his English is better than he thinks

  Very easy to find from the bus station and within walking distance. Upon arrival I was greeted by Ross (owner) who was very helpful and had great knowledge and advise on the local area, Chile & Peru. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, I stayed in a dorm room and it was a pleasant surprise to see no bunks and single beds instead! ... what people say » Kitchen facilities were good with a great communal area, if I was to visit Arica again I would definitely stay here. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to help me. Breakfast is lovely and done communally to help introduce all the tenants. There was lots of comfortable spaces to sit and talk, watch TV, use your computer, use their computer, etc. I would definitely stay there again.
