With everything indicated excellent, I liked the close proximity to where we had to attend a function. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning also very good and waitresses also extremely friendly.

The pool was a great temperature for the grandchildren. The staff were very polite and willing to help with anything. The breakfast was exceptional.

We have stayed several times now, and like it very much. Always get a ground floor room as we are older and don't like stairs. Staff is excellent!!

the space in the bathroom is a little crowded with the toilet so close to the door and where you get into the tub.

Liked the fact that one had either a patio or a balcony as we like to have the option of some fresh air. Even though our room faced the bar, we were unable to hear any noise. Also appreciated the pool and especially the hot tub - wonderful after a day on the road. The staff in the restaurant were very good and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Actually all the staff were most helpful - looking up weather reports, everyone greeting us and asking if everything was to our liking (maintainance staff and housekeeping as well) or just saying good morning as we passed. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing pool; excellent comfort, facilities on site (restaurant, bar, swimming pool; large rooms); proximity to Kalamalkla Lake and Kal Beach. Vernon is a great half way point between Vancouver and Banff.

En suite bathrooms were on the small side but that's nit picking as everything else was great.

Dog Barking at Midnight Loud People in the Hall way past 11 pm and at 5am

Breakfast included in our rate. Pub was nice, waitress was not very attentive to us. Should have someone stay longer then 8pm for the pull tab tickets. We missed them all 3 nights.

6Am dog barking 4 doors down from us. Owner must of left the dog and the dog barked for hours. Not a nice way to wake up to.Mentioned it to the front desk when we left and they just said sorry and that was about it.

I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

Hotel has a great housekeeping department! You would be hard pressed to find even a little dust...good job!

Room had 2 double beds, not Queens, being 6' does tend to mean my feet tend to dangle over the edge....my own fault, didn't notice until too late...I Guess I need to watch for this a bit closer.....bed was still very comfortable.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable rooms (well maintained daily)with nice bedding and large tv. Lovely pond with beautiful flowers that wound through the courtyard outside our ground floor room. Great Hot Breakfast was included with a decent menu of 5 choices in restaurant. Many golf courses and lakes within half hour drive or less.

Nice place , repeat visit however the concierge John,was not particularly welcoming nor friendly. Friendlier welcome would have put you up another notch.

Pool was very nice. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Noisy hotel bar and customers smoking outside our room prevented sleep all night, although children slept through it. Room walls did not prevent passage of most sounds and conversation.

Pet friendly- great fenced area for pets. Staff were all friendly.

Need better sound proofing-Very noisy- people upstairs were banging a lot. There is a fairly large gap under the door which let sound into the room from the hall. There was a fair amount of traffic by my room because it was across from the door to the pool. So I could hear everyone coming and going.

It's a short drive to Silver Star ski resort (approx. 20km). It's right on the main road heading through town. They have a great sports bar with live music.

The garden courtyard was nice, and the pool area the kids enjoyed. After being bit by a wasp and, the front desk was great on getting me a ice pack and help to move to another room. She also got one of our nights taken off the bill.

Water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom, smoke detector going off due to steam because the fan is too small and wasps on my belcony. Moving 3 times and not seeing any upper managment durring the 3 days 2 nights.

Having just driven up from Vancouver through snow. The attitude of the reception women was appalling we were made to feel cheap because we had a three night deal.Not given information about breakfast or given vouchers. Stuck in a sub standard room with no opening window and treated like a second class visitor to the hotel.Is this a true picture of bc tourism?We had come a long way from the uk
