This place has everything you need to be comfortable though not fancy. Clean bed, fridge,microwave, coffee maker and TV all in good working order. The staff were helpful when asked for a request. So often more expensive places don't get these fundamentals right!. We were travelling with 5 families from a ball hockey team and needed inexpensive rooms for ourstop over. It was clean comfortable and the staff was friendly. Just what we needed.

Revelstoke generally seems to be a place that travellers use for overnight only. This hotel reflects this and would not want to stay any longer. It is about a 30 minute walk from city centre so we drove into town to eat. We had two rooms neither of which had hot water in the morning. I mentioned this at checkout to lady who shrugged her shoulders and continued with her phone call. Very different to check in when a gentleman was very polite and helpful. The couple at the front desk were very kind. The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. (a few spots were a bit dusty, but that's ok) Shower was warm and nice. The location was good for a highway stopover. The bedding was a good quality. Not much going for it. The room was ready for me when I got there even though I was early for check in time. Nothing in particular. Very little. This inn was the worst one in my life. So dirty dark small and old. Terrible!!!. Breakfast was included. Wifi did not work at all. The place is a bit dated. Small criticism taking all into consideration. The stairs to our room were steep and the floor outside our 2nd floor room was uneven. It was a bit dated but fine for what we needed. Had to pull really hard to get the shower to come on. Plumbing works but is older. Had difficulties accessing WIFI in my room. But got it finally after a while. Close to highway noise, ready for some updates. The noise of the trains. They should move those railroad tracks farther away from the motels....Ha! Ha! - It was very tolerable!. Bed was a little creaky, but still very comfortable, small room. very noisy!! be sure and get a room on the second floor - the creaking and noise from the room above us was very loud. just a suggetion. The room was clean but we fell it needs some air freshners after clean-up. No air conditioning in the room, which made for a warm night. a little cramped. Very small room. Room a little small. Rather small rooms. A number of hotels offer a light breakfast as part of the stay. This hotel does'nt but should and they could charge accordingly. The hotel was not in town, which was ok because we got off the greyhound and had no trouble finding the hotel but there was a trek to get groceries and the walk to hill was three hours if you didn't take the shuttle. The bed was a little hard and we had to unplug the fridge due to a humming, vibration that would have kept us awake. Wifi was slow. Bed too soft - we sunk to the middle. Proximity of highway and railway. Hard beds and old but clean sheets. A bit dated. Room was quite dark and it wasn't possible to turn off the overhead fan without also turning off the light, which led to an annoying 'strobe' effect. Motel is clean and comfortable enough but needs a bit of updating. Very tiny, could have been cleaner, a bit old and small but adequate, good for the price. first impression was not good because of the odour spray and dark carpeting and one dark wood paneled wall. very small rooms.. When arriving the offered room was terrible.After heating discussion with the operator/owner we were given reasonable room. Rooms are very basic even for a motel and poor light. Noise from cars passing or starting up at hotel in morning was loud so not conducive for peaceful nights sleep. The beds were very hard. i woke up with a sore back. The fridge in my parent's room was incredibly noisy. The hotel was too close to the train tracks and we could hear and feel the trains frequent comings and goings during the night. The light in the room was quite dim, and color of the room did not help either. Made the room and washroom look dark and dirty (even though on closer look the room and washroom were actually clean). Cinder block walls, very small, no microwave or fridge, no complimentary breakfast. One small soap, no shampoo. Super small old TV. The price seemed a little steep for what you get. Should have spend a bit more and stayed elsewhere. This is a very old hotel in a questionable area of town. I did not feel safe there. The toilet wasn't clean when we arrived. The motel has a very low standard, which I wouldn't mind if it was cheap, but that was not the case. I found it quite over priced for a road side motel. The wifi only worked from time to time. An absolutely basic hotel. Miniscule rooms with poor in room facilities. Poor value for money compared with other motels we stayed in for the same money or less. The room was dirty and dark. The room we were allocated was small and dark. The decor was awful and compared to all the other accommodation on our trip this motel was by far the worst.
