Friendly staff accommodating..after booking I emailed to say I needed a
room on ground floor for health reasons & they provided one
immediately comfortable bed clean.
Location is good. Rooms were nice. Staff was pleasant.
Price increased tremendously when not booked on line. Wanted an extra night and would not accomodate lower price.

Motel was easy to get too. Lots of parking. We were Lawn Bowling so was easy to get to Beatrice St.

I would have liked the dead bolt on the door to have latched.
I had requested a ground floor ro m for mobility problems. Upon arrival, I found they had assigned us a second floor. They managed to find a room on ground floor. Need more outlets in room. Had to pull the dresser out to find one which was full to overflowing. Could not plug in coffee maker then.
Breakfast area was small on the other hand being smaller allowed most of us to enjoy conversation.
Breakfast quarters are very cramped. It is difficult to find a place to sit without inconveniencing others.

The auto charge of $150.00 when you register even though the bill (under
normal circumstances) is around $100.00 per evening stay. I recognize
why this is done but we have been victims of fraud in the past and this
auto charge, even though it goes away when the billing happens in the
night, I would feel that I have to track this until my bill actually
shows on my credit card statement.. More work for me which I do not
appreciate.

we booked online and booked a smoking room (well in advance) and when we arrived we were told all smoking rooms were taken. We should have told this online at time of booking.

Breakfast in the morning they had run out of stuff including plates. Evidently they had had a busy time that weekend. Ice machine was broken.

I reserved my room online. When I arrived in Oshawa to check in, I was placed in a non-smoking room. I had requested a smoking room at the time of booking my reservation. Also, I found it very difficult to obtain food. Not any restaurants within walking distance.

breakfast was in an actual hotel room and crowded, breaker kept going off, food was running out by 9am, and no staff at breakfast to ensure it was kept full.
Did not like the party next door to my room. When I complaint to the
front desk. Ryan the person at the desk felt it was easier for my wife
and I to move all our luggage at 1am. Then it was to ask the people next
door to be quiet. Worst stay I ever had at an Inn.
Wild noise into the small hours.
The air conditioner was too loud and the air in the room was stale. My daughter and I slept very poorly which affected her performance at her gymnastic competition. We did not feel well-rested at all.
Poor tv reception lack cleaniness garbage under bed and behind dresser.
The entire place smelled like smoke. Our bathroom garbage had not been emptied. The continental breakfast was in a hotel room that was stuffy, the table clothes were not clean. Very disappointed.
