Lets not kid ourselves, if you are looking at a motel for $45 a night you are not expecting Luxury accomodations! The King's was a great economy hotel. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and recieved prompt service. The rooms are tiny, but we were only there to sleep so it didn't bother us. Renovations or updated haven't happened in a while so expect the rose and hunter green decor. Again that was what we expected from a $45 motel. The room was very clean, the water very hot and the bed .
all reviews » It was close to Casino Rama. Also it was within walking distance to a grocery store, bank and the beer store! Nice and quiet in the back section. Beds were great and bathroom very clean. it was perfect - my daughter and her friend attended a concert at Casino Rama and it was so nice to not have to drive home It was very quiet for sleeping. Reception was very helpful. Relocated to quieter non smoking room. Great bedding very comfortable. Fridge and micro wave. large room with desk area. economical, clean, convenient, lots of hot water, quiet. Good for a one night stay while travelloing through. Good diner next door for breakfast. It's fun! and informative. There was a certain odour to the room - could be from not much use. There were no available electrical outlets in the bathroom - they were covered and sealed. Old and dated decor and furniture. no coffee machine or vanity in room. run down as a whole glad that we only needed it to sleep. there was a lot of dust around the room.the beds were VERY hard. Old , at The end Of world .. And need same reno!!!.
