Everything. The staff was amazing, the hotel was beatuiful, immaculate, perfectly located. The room was huge and I could not believe the value for what we paid. I wish there was a Hotel du Fort in every city! I have literally never encountered a nicer staff. They felt bad that they had never received my reservation from this site, even though it was not their fault, and they were so accomodating.
