Very clean comfortable, large room with microwave, fridge, sink and even had a full sized cooker. Staff very helpful and pleasant at check-in. Complimentary breakfast. Hotel was located away from main town area but didn't matter as we were only staying overnight. A mall was very close by with several places to have dinner. The staff were very freindly, the room we stayed in was clean, it had nice new updated furnishings and a very comfortable king bed. It was a bargain compared to many of the other accomodations in the area and we would stay there again. We also thought the hotel provided a nice breakfast bar with a variety of items.
all reviews » It was a great stay. There really was nothing major that was wrong. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and the staff person (Cathleen(?)) was very friendly as were all the other staff. I hope I can stay there again at a great rate! Location was awesome, everything was handy for us. This hotel is just beautiful, we stayed here back in February too, the staff are so friendly and very accommodating, mostly mature staff, very clean, the breakfast is awesome, definitely be here again in the future 10 stars from us !!!!. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were slightly bigger than same type hotels, well equipped with fridge and microwave...good value for a budget hotel. And was clean for a 14 year old INN. Amazing view on 3rd floor - bfast room. It was close to everything. The breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable and clean. Had a very quiet sleep. Most ac are very noisy- this one was quiet-makes a difference. Would definitely recommend to others!. Comfy beds, indoor pool and hot tub, excellent rates. Room had fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a few dishes etc. Great location. Breakfast included waffle maker and real milk for coffee. We liked the location. It was near to where we had to do business. We liked and appreciated that the staff found our lost portable DVD player's adaptor cord and phoned us about it very quickly. Quick friendly check in and check out by staff. Clean comfortable room. Walk to restaurants and take out. Access to highway, but still relatively quiet. Good internet connection. Great TV. We stayed at king suit with spa bath and the room was huge... I mean huge! I felt as I'm at home, not at hotel. So far, it was on of the best hotels on our trip across Canada. Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Would probably stay again but only if temperature is cool enough that the air conditioner is not required. Temp was over 30. Clean and comfortable room that seems to have recently been freshened up. Staff were friendly and a great location for touring the area. the breakfast on the 3rd floor was great.Very tasty and a lot of variety (waffles,yogurt,cold cereal,toast etc). This hotel offered clean, comfortable room, with good breakfast. Staff were highly competent and helpful. I liked having a refrigerator in the room. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean!!!. No complaints from us! We only stayed one night and for a longer visit it would be nice to have a seating area/small couch, however that may have be available in other rooms. The first night was a bit noisy (windy) but that is circumstances beyond control. The wind also caused the bathroom fan vent damper to knock. It sounded a bit like someone at the door and was loud enough it would wake a light sleeper. Really not a big deal. Would like to have stairs near the elevator, as an optional use. Excercise room can improve on bfast spread - like scrammbled eggs. bread choice - brown, bagel, muffins Also the boiled eggs seemed to have an odour. Parking area could be cleand up and more lit. Room was obviously under construction - unfinished patching on walls, chipped toilet. Pool was very cold and hot tub in need of chemical balancing. Breakfast was not ready at the posted time. Coffee was instant liquid type from an automated machine. Bagels were stale. We did not like the noisy room facing the highway. We heard all the traffic coming and going and near the hotels. We asked to be moved to another room. It was much better. The front desk staff was very accommodating. Continental breakfast selection just OK, although what was available was good quality. Available parking is slightly limited. Spa bath didn't work :) so you can sit in a bath with water, but without spa features... So sad for that. The very very loud air conditioner. coffee in the room was horrible and at the breakfast, there was no decaf coffee. Parking was very limited. Bed wasn't very comfortable Hot tub undergoing maintenance. Some of the renovations were not complete and the carpet in our room was very old and dirty. Noisy air conditioning unit and noise from other people's showers. Was concerned about the seal in the shower, that it would leak. The towels were terrible. Too much water in the OJ. breakfast very spartan. Blankets on bed were too heavy and hot even with the A/C on. There wasn't a recycle bin in the room and no info about hotel or surrounding area. Lobby was hot and needed updating. Needed a warmer blanket or extra blanket available. For a new hotel it wasn't in a very good state of repair, a drawer in the room was broken, it was difficult to get the fire lit and the jacuzzi controls were replaced by an on/off switch. The fake hardwood floor was showing signs of wear (there were no rugs or carpet) and it was impossible to turn the shower on without getting wet. Very shabby reception area. Located a bit out of the way. there was watermark on bathroom ceiling. Obviously a previous leak from bathroom/toilet in the floor above. bathroom smelled like pee; asked for a chance to have room with a view - we viewed people pulling up and checking in from a very small window; air conditioner sounded like it was going to blow up. Hotel is in poor conditions. It is an old building and not worth the dollars they charge. Breakfast was so so. Parking may be issue for late check ins. I think it is more like $69 per night hotel rather than $109 per night. the deluxe breakfast was no where nere deluxe. no pool, staff counldnt care.
