Stayed in spa room, clean and functional. Spa was good. We were on 3rd floor but no lift to carry up bags. Did not bother us but if elderly may have to specify lower room. Breakfast was not brilliant but ok. they to a ground floor room without hesitation when we requested. staff was friendly and accomondating. continental breakfast was good. Staff was friendly, it was pet friendly, room was nice and convenient to shopping yet off the highway.

Walked past open door that appeared to be long term tenant, room smelt & it was a mess. However had no problems. thought room could have been fresher smelling and cleaner. the cookware was in poor condition. Can hear other guests talking outside late at night. We couldn't find the microwave in one of our two rooms. No pool. No negatives here !!. bed uncomfortable remote did not turn on/off tv. The road traffic was loud at times. Noisy neighbour's TV disturbed us till 4 am. The bed was not as comfortable as we were used to having. The balconies where very dirty....a very bad first impression.The bedding needs upgrading.....pillows, blankets, sheets. Backs of doors were quite dirty, very small tub, walls were pretty thin and neighbors were pretty loud... In many room people smoke inside so they smell very badly - very difficult to sleep there if you don't smoke. The carpet is very dirty with lots of tiny bits from previous customers. Bed-linen had spots and a couple of hair. The bed was very poorly made. We had to specifically ask for a night light to be provided and they had to place it on a chair. too many stairs for senior guests. Room smelled strongly of smoke even though was a non smoking room. The Breakfast facilities were modest. Had a family room with kitchenette - there was no utensils - or dishes - had to go purchase plastic ones - inconvenienced the office by asking for spoons - continental breakfast wasn't until 7 so We missed it both days as kids had to be at their swim meet by 7. Had to phone the front desk at 11pm to ask to have other guest be quiet - small kids running back and forth in front of doors screaming an yelling. breakfast was bland. Entrance to the motel. Noisy with yelling and doors banging all night. Grandson was lunged at by a dog running loose from the next room, with manage standing there and doing nothing about it. As a result my Grandson was traumatized. Would not recommend this motel to anyone!!!!. very overpriced,i perfer pay $30 more to live at a hotel, room is very old, feel dirty,breakfast just some bread and milk,muffins,ext.no bacon,no hot stuff,i have to go McDonald's pay extra get my breakfast.
