proximity to downtown and friendly, helpful staff. The location is convenient but the area is quiet when the CalgaryStampede is over.the folding bed in lounge was damaged, odd bulb in lights missing or faulty - cost of daily parking a little expensive. I think it is a very expensive hotel for the quality. My room looked like a flat with kitchen, bathroom, room an living room. The aspect and confort was quite below the price I had to pay for it.
