It is a cute, 10-room hotel with nice swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful and treat you very well because there are not so many guests and one has a choice of meal for breakfast that is freshly cooked for you and served on the terrace. They speak English, so that you can address all of the questions to them about the city, restaurants or main Angkor attractions. The owner often greeted you and was genuinely interested in what you did for the day and offered options for the next day without it feeling like he was acting as an agent for someone else. Genuine, friendly -- what more could you want?. Staff always tried to be helpful. SreyNuon was the most helpful as she spoke the best English and could arrange things for you. The rooms were $45 regardless if you were a solo traveller or double. Not all the staff could understand you but they would just answer yes to the questions you asked. perhaps a little too far out of town but only a 15 minute walk to pub street or just get a tuk-tuk - no problems at all!. breakfast with limited choice mainly omlette and bread. There was nothing to dislike pretty much, perhaps the safe box was a bit complicated to operate but that is nothing major. The sink didn't drain unless we pulled out the stopped (even though it was in the raised position). It's not the most central location but that really doesn't matter at all since it's closer to the 'downtown' area than other high-end hotels and only a 5 minute tuk-tuk ride away from the action. A bit far away from any shop, restaurant, pub but then again it just costs 1$ to go anywhere by tuk-tuk or 15 min if you want to walk. Not a big deal, I would definitely go back!. The location is not that of the best one. The nearest environmentis also not the nicest one. It will change in a few years time..... for sure. Not being able to open balcony doors because of mossies - maybe some screens?. The location is a bit far from the old market. However, when you know how to go there, it doesn't take more than 15 mins to walk. A bit far from the pub street and shops but that can be overlooked as everything about the hotel is great. The bathroom is not to my liking. It is entirely made of some sort of compressed stone. Due to the pattern of this stone, it is not possible to see if it is clean. this is especially true of the bathroom floor. The shower was inadequate. It was a bit further out from the main part of Siem Reap than advertised. Probably closer to a 15-20 minute walk rather than 10 minute walk. The rooms would benefit from hooks, towel bars and drawer space. The french toast. Though it didn't take long to get into town on a tuk-tuk, it was not easy to walk there. Softer beds would be a huge improvement. Nearby village， noisy and far away downtown esp at night no lights。. Everything was disagreeable to me Breakfast if you like eggs ok if not nothing else, no cereal , milk etc etc rubbish Air conditioning could not cope etc etc.
