Me and my brother Jake stayed for 4 nights. Everything about the place was amazing, brilliant food, amazing location and the staff where the nicest people we have so far. Sina and bee are two of the staff working at circa 51. If you meet these girls tip them heavily! :) The owner and his sister where spot on also. If I could stay in one place for the whole moth we have in Cambodia, we would!!

A beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms but let down by the noise from the rooms above....from early evening throughout the night and again morning. Stayed 4 nights and each night was spoilt by heavy stomping feet above, scraping furniture and echoing movement. Maybe carpet is needed? I emailed in advance to ask for a high room but was given 2nd floor. I questioned this during the booking in process but was told that there were no rooms (suites) available on higher level floors. The hotel is beautiful and set off a quite street in Phnom Penh. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel grounds and pool are very well kept. The breakfast area overlooks the swimming pool and gardens and is a great way to start the day. Each room is uniquely decorated, spacious and very clean.

This place was amazing,one of the better hotels we've stayed in, we booked our bus tickets to HCMC with them, the food was great, the room was large, bed comfy, the staff were amazing! There's always a Tuk Tuk out the front, although we walked the 10 minutes to the Vietnamese Embassy.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay here next time we go to Phnom Penh.

This was a beautiful hotel with wonderful good looking staff. Rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. Pool area was very nice and the food we had in the restaurant was very good. Overall excellent all round and not in the centre so its nice and quiet but still only 5 minutes in a tuk tuk to the centre.

We loved the Kabiki! What a find, and to return to this wonderful Oasis in the heat of Phnom Penh. Great pool, very friendly staff - who let out expat friends' kids swim in the pool. Very clean rooms. We have room #19 which was perfect for a family with 3 young children. We will stay here again when we next visit Phnom Penh. -
