I stay in this hotel every time I am in Sofia (once a month). I chose it once because of the low price but I was so impressed that I would recommend it to everyone. Brand new, very clean, modern, flat screen tv, intriguing bathrooms, huge beds, fantastic minimal decoration, great receptionists, underground parking, very good price, 3€ taxi to the center of Sofia. Do I need to say more???.
all reviews » This is a new hotel, and, contrary to the reviews, we easily found it on the navigator! I am ready to deliver high marks for design and maintenance. Milan at the reception was great. and in the morning it was replaced by a girl from the first page of the magazine "Bulgarian Woman"!. It's good people are eager to develop their country. The best. Tatiana from Russia. We think it is more like an average 5-star hotel! For 3 stars I think is one of the best! Very friendly staff, SUPERB value for money, nice cuisine with excellent food, very nice decoration and near (150 meters) to paradise Sofia shopping centre! I think it deserve's an excellent rate and I hope to keep their good effort!!! Be sure we will come again!. very helpfull staff, nothing was a problem.the hotel was very modern and was very clean.we ate there one night and the food was great.it is a little hard to find and the glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom was different,but there is a blind so it was no problem. when i go back to sofia i will definatly stay there again. Trendy hotel, with very kind (and good looking) staff. Perfect room with all amenities for a very low price. I will definitely come again, also because it is very close by to a main shopping centre, while quite close to the airport (15 mins drive). RECOMMENDED!. The decor of the hotel was amazing, rooms were very large and comfortable with windows that you could open fully which was a bonus. Air con was great! Having the Paradise Shopping Centre within a 3 min walk was brilliant, lots of shops and food options there. the name 100% fits the interior as this hotel looks really fashionable the prices at the same time were valuable and i myst say good for this hotel in capital it's even a little better then 3 stars i must say..not 4 maybe but more than 3 for syre. Really intriguing design. New shopping mall is now open just 5 minute walk from the hotel, so if you don't want go to city centre, there are several entertainment (including cinema) and eating options very close. the best service , I feel lucky found this hotel even for one night of staying cause of my long trip , this is one exclusive hotel could be 4 or 5 stars easily I ll be back .....amazing stuff !!!. The reception staff was very nice and the rooms were tastefully decorated. The staff. the design of the hotel is good. I liked the dinner, not a huge selection of meals but all were very good. The hotel is clean. Very good to have an underground parking even thought it is a small one. close to the shop there is a mini bar in the room they put spear piloows in the room. It is in an area that is now being developed, so there is lot of construction going on. But, once the new, huge mall opens its doors around end of March 2013, things will be even better. The staff didn't speak very good English apart from the night porter who did. The food was nice however the eating area is small. Depsite it mentioning there was a swimming pool, it's actually opposite the hotel which you have to pay 10 Levs for and it was very small. Also, the sauna, hot tub and steam room have to be pre-booked in advance and all have a seperate charge. this hotel is situated in a very tricky place...yes there's a mall near and blah blah blah but NONE of the taxi drivers know where's this hotel and street...so travelling to this place by taxi can cost you much more then it is in real... The parking- very tiny underground parking. You have to be a good driver to go in and out. :). extra charge fo use a pool facilities... :(. Nothing is wrong with them. The tap in the bathroom had a drainage problem. As mentioned by others: breakfast doesn't worth it. no fitness center inside or pool. Nothing to complain. Wi-Fi unavailable in our room. No tea or coffee facilities in the bedroom. The shower room,floor when wet very dangerous. Also a towel rail would be of use. The worst thing was the building site,next door,behind and the road being dug up.None of this was mentioned on the web. Some things in the bar were out of stock (E.G. milk, juice). But the waiter was very kind to explain. Breakfast was not included in the room price - not typical for Bulgarian hotel. Need to update gps system, its a new road and hard ro find.. Nothing. the entry in garage. Showers are water explosion! Stuff. No facilities, no spa center even knowing is inside the offer. Its belongs to the other building and its not free of charge. Undeveloped area,surrounded by bumpy unfinished roads with mud. You cannot enjoy the shower,as the water tends to quickly flood the room. No breakfast,only eggs or toast for 5 Euros each.We were unlucky also as milk was over so we had our coffees without!. I mistakenly booked with the extra bed option and immediately fryer to correct the mistake but could not online. I visited the hotel 15 minutes after booking to try to reverse the mistakeand was told to speak to the menager in the morning. The menagerie did not meet us and instructed the receptionist to not refund the money in question which I thought was in poor taste. The lady manager is snub. I didn't like the kitchen closing at 10:30. The rooms are not too soundproof. The big window at the bathroom. aircondition didn`t work kids sleep on the same bed with the parents-after they advertised that the kids will have a own bed and the bed is small. the location of the hotel is imposible to find and booking has the wrong adress. the stuff was bad and rude the rooms were awufull (the toilete is in comon view with the room, they are separeted only by glass).
