It offers luxurious rooms with a hydro-massage shower cabin, high-quality mattresses and satin cotton bed linen. The rooms at Vega Hotel are air-conditioned. The suites overlook the town square and Ruse's pedestrian area. They all feature a well stocked minibar, 26-inch LCD TV with 100 channels and free Wi-Fi. Every room has a spacious bathroom with magnifying mirror, cosmetics and hairdryer. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in every room. The city centre is 50 metres away. First time I had visited Ruse and and looked on it as an ideal stopping off point between Sofia and Bucharest. Glad I made the choice to stop off in the city and stay in the Vega. Lovely little city and lovely hotel ideally situated on the city square which was surrounded by lovely historical buildings, bars and restaurants. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Danube waterfront. The staff were very helpful and informative. The room allocated was modern and well decorated. I regret only staying.
all reviews » Everything about this place said class; from the umbrellas at the entrance to the individually wrapped truffles on the pillows. The décor was fresh and tasteful, the showers amazing and the beds very comfortable. The location for a city break in Ruse is superb with the main square steps away. Everything was wonderful. Staff was friendly unique, even for our early departure we were pleasantly surprised with the cooked breakfast for the road without him we said previously. I recommend the hotel to all who want to enjoy a unique hotel with good service. We were pleasantly surprised that the personnel had arranged some details (such as vanity kit, complimentary wine, candles, actually everithing that you need for your pleasant stay) The staff is very kind and friendly. We are strongly recommending this hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff, room was clean, comfortable and very spacious with modern decor. Breakfast was sufficient having a mix of hot and cold items. Having a safe and a computer in my room was helpful. A great hotel in a great location. Very Customer orientated. When I told them, that the wifi didnt work in the room, they organized between short time a specialist who exchanged the wlan box in my room. Very very pleasant stay in a really nice room, very good beds. Perfect location. Very comfortable beds. Shower with massage panel. Because this is not a tourist destination, you get a lot for half the price you would pay esewhere. The hotel was created from warehouse space a couple of years ago and features one of the most modern bathrooms we have experienced in Europe. Great staff, great location right in the city center. Only slight comment is that although there is free parking this should be reserved. We were very fortunate and got the last free space by arriving early. There was also an attendant to help guide you through the one-way system of Ruse to the spaces. This system is a bit of a nightmare so help was well appreciated. The parking is close, but it's difficult to be recognized before the personnel to help you. Somehow it's normal for a hotel in this central location. Parking may be an issue if someone is driving - I did not drive so it was not an issue for me. It was hot in Ruse and so the drinks served at breakfast were often warm by the time I got there, a refrigerator or some ice would be helpful. The Breakfast room, you have to sit in deep club chairs, really not comfortable. I really can't say that there was something I didn't like, except that the entrance to the hotel is a little strange and off putting, but otherwise everything is great. Restaurant's chairs/tables are not comfortable enough. There is no dining room per se. Breakfast, served in the disco, came up short. However, apparently we were the only Americans in residence that night (boarded a river cruise ship the next day). A/c made some weird noise every 10 minutes and we couldn't sleep, but as soon as we complained about that we were moved to the other room. The breakfast is bad. Nothing. n/a. Located in pedestrian zone - the hotel should indicate exact adress for car parking. there was no hot water for the tea during the breakfast. Nothing. Breakfeast is rather poor. Breakfast need improvement.
