Stayed at this hotel for one night and cannot fault it. It is conveniently located in the centre, close to restaurants / museums etc. It is located in a very nice, restored building which has been wonderfully repurposed and decorated. Reception staff were very nice and helpful and were able to speak English. We were given a map and various restaurant cards that enabled a 10% discount on account of staying at the hotel. Like the rest of the hotel, our room was beautiful and immaculately clean. T.
all reviews » Great hotel, very close to the pedestrian square but a few blocks off so it was quiet at night. Everything was nice, clean and modern, bit still retained some charm. Breakfast was a nice buffet, and the staff were very nice and helpful - especially checking out. They arranged our transportation to Bucharest for us which was great since we only know a few words of Bulgaria. Overall a great stay in Ruse. It's a beautiful hotel with a great location. It's in a walking distance from the town center and also literally a few minutes on foot from the river banks. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, very clean and modern. Just awesome. I simply loved staying at this hotel. The best hotel we have stayed in for a long time by far. The staff are very friendly and professional, the rooms are spotless and the breakfast caters for all tastes in elegant surroundings.We cannot praise this hotel enough. Wonderful in all respects. excellent design and staff. Everything was perfect. location. Needs a light above the bathroom mirror. Low quality products used for breakfast but the breakfast room on the third floor should be visited anyway. Very cosy place. We stayed at the second floor and you could quite loudly hear the steps coming from the last floor (attic). The rooms' doors are also quite low-cost and poor sound-insulated. Breakfast could be better. I have no remarks. nothing. Staircase was low for taller people but there was a lift to overcome this shortfall pardon the pun. . NO elevator to breafast room. NO service of room the second day of stay.
