Staff carying and comfort. The staff was nice. Location is convinient for whom has business on the Faria Lima avenue. Rooms are of a good size and bed is confortable. Attention of the hotel staff. Dinner. Location. Nothing to complain. The bathroom was too little and everything was on the sink marble got wet. The hotel is loosing in quality and prices are rising. Bathrooms are requiring refurbishment and sports facilities are simple and not well mantained. 4 stars is currently close to the limit for this hotel.
